1. What we collect
When you fill in a form, email us or call us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your project. If you become a client we also hold billing details, domain and hosting credentials you choose to share with us, and the files and content you send for the work.
Our website collects basic technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you visited. This is used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data — health information, political views, religious beliefs or government ID numbers. Please don't send them.
2. How we use it
We never sell your data, and we don't rent, trade or share it for anyone else's advertising.
3. Why we're allowed to
We process your data because you asked us to do something for you (performing a contract or preparing to), because you gave consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), because we have a legal obligation (tax and accounting records), or because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business.
Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting work already done.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after two years. Client records, contracts and invoices are kept for ten years to meet Lebanese accounting and tax requirements. Project files are kept for the life of the engagement and three years after it ends, so we can help if you come back. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
7. Security
Access to client data is limited to the people working on your project. Accounts are protected with two-factor authentication, credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager, and data in transit is encrypted. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we're using it, or ask us to send it to another provider. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge.
If you're unhappy with our answer you can escalate to the relevant data-protection authority in your country.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy, or about data we hold, go to a person — not a ticket queue.
