01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the design, development, marketing and related services provided by WebVue s.a.l. ("WebVue", "we", "us"). By engaging us for a project, accepting a proposal or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you're using WebVue on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for that company.

02Your account

To use most services you'll need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

• Keep your password and credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us promptly at security@webvue.com.lb of any unauthorised use.
• You must be at least 18, or have authority to enter this agreement.

03Acceptable use

You're free to use our website and services for almost any lawful purpose. To keep things fair and safe for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use our work or website to host or distribute unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Ask us to copy, scrape or use content or assets you don't have the rights to.
• Attempt to breach the security of, or disrupt, our website or systems.
• Resell or misrepresent our services as your own without agreement.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in us pausing or ending our work together, with notice wherever possible.

04Quotes, deposits & billing

We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Here's how it works:

• Fixed quotes, project work is scoped and quoted up front, so you know the cost before we begin.
• Projects usually start with a deposit, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion.
• Ongoing services (support, SEO, social) are billed monthly in advance, with no long lock-in.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown on your quote or invoice.

05Cancellation & refunds

You can pause or stop a project at any time. Deposits cover work already scheduled and begun, so they're generally non-refundable, but you'll only ever pay for work completed up to that point, and you keep everything we've delivered and been paid for.

Ongoing monthly services can be cancelled anytime with reasonable notice before the next billing date. There's no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty.

06Content & intellectual property

The content and materials you provide stay yours, and you confirm you have the rights to everything you share with us. Once a project is fully paid for, ownership of the final deliverables we create for you transfers to you.

We may showcase the work we've done for you in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Any third-party tools, fonts or stock used in your project remain subject to their own licences.

07Timelines & delivery

We'll agree a realistic timeline with you at the start of every project and keep you updated as we go. Because good work is a collaboration, timelines depend on receiving your content, feedback and approvals in good time. If things are delayed on either side, we'll talk it through and adjust the schedule together.

08Warranties & liability

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" without other warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, except where the law doesn't allow such limits.

09Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
