01Overview

This policy explains how WebVue s.a.l. ("WebVue", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, engage us for design, development, marketing or support services, or contact our team. It applies to all of our services and to this website.

We've written it to be readable. Where the law requires specific terms, we've kept them, but we've tried to explain what they mean in practice.

02Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: what you give us, what we gather automatically, and what we receive from trusted partners.

Information you provide

• Account & billing, your name, email, company, address and payment details when you hire us or pay an invoice.
• Project materials, the content, assets, logins and access you share so we can design, build and manage your site, which remain entirely yours.
• Support & enquiries, the messages, tickets and call notes you share when you contact us.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage & device data, IP address, browser, pages viewed and timestamps, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Cookies, small files that keep you signed in and help us understand how the site is used. See section 07.

03How we use your information

We use your information only for clear, legitimate purposes:

• To deliver, manage and support the projects and services you've hired us for.
• To process payments, send invoices and manage your account.
• To answer your questions and provide support, 24/7.
• To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• To send service notices, and, only with your consent, occasional product news you can unsubscribe from any time.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed to run our service, and only with partners bound by strict confidentiality:

• Tools & processors, the design, development, hosting, analytics and payment tools we use to deliver your project, operating under our instructions.
• Legal requirements, where we're required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers, if WebVue is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, with notice to you beforehand.

05Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and continuous monitoring. The platforms and partners we rely on are certified to recognised security standards, and our team is trained on data protection.

06Your rights & choices

You're in control of your information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate or incomplete.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@webvue.com.lb, we'll respond within 30 days.

07Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of cookies: essential ones that keep you signed in and the service working, and optional analytics that help us improve. You can accept or decline optional cookies, and manage them any time in your browser settings.

08Changes & contact

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that means you accept the updated policy.
