Services/Website solutions in Lebanon

Website solutions in Lebanon, from one accountable place.

A website is a stack: domain, hosting, email, CDN, payments, backups, analytics. When each piece sits with a different supplier, nobody owns the problem. We run the whole stack and give you one number to call.

The pattern

Most website problems in Lebanon are stack problems.

The domain is registered under a former employee’s personal email. Hosting is with a local reseller who answers on WhatsApp sometimes. Email runs through the same cPanel as the website, so when the server has a bad day the company loses both. SSL expired. There are no backups. Analytics was installed twice. When something breaks, three suppliers each say it is someone else’s fault.

We consolidate that. Domains under one account you own, hosting on managed infrastructure outside Lebanon, email separated from web hosting so one failure cannot take out both, Cloudflare in front for speed and protection, off-site backups tested by restoring them, and monitoring that tells us before it tells your customers. Every credential is in your name, documented, with us as administrators rather than owners.

This is not a bundle designed to lock you in. It is the arrangement that costs least to run and recovers fastest when something goes wrong. If you would rather keep a piece with an existing supplier, we will work alongside them and tell you what we can and cannot guarantee as a result.

One point of accountability
When something breaks, you contact us, not four suppliers who blame each other.
Separated for resilience
Email, website and DNS kept independent so a single failure is contained.
Documented ownership
A written record of every account, who owns it and how to recover it.
What's included

The pieces we set up and manage.

01
Domains and DNS
Registration and renewal of .com, .com.lb and regional domains, with DNS managed centrally and documented.
02
Managed hosting abroad
Infrastructure outside Lebanon sized to your traffic, with staging, SSL, caching and a CDN in front.
03
Business email
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on your domain, authenticated so mail reaches the inbox, kept separate from web hosting.
04
Payments and integrations
Gateways, CRM, accounting and marketing tools connected to the site and tested properly.
05
Backups and recovery
Automatic off-site backups with a documented restore process that we have actually run, not assumed.
06
Measurement
GA4, Search Console, conversion goals and a monthly view of what the site is doing, in plain language.
How it runs

Taking over an existing setup.

InventoryWe find every account: domains, hosting, email, DNS, analytics, and who currently controls them.
Recover ownershipAccounts transferred into your name, lost access recovered where possible, credentials rotated.
ConsolidateHosting and email moved onto the right platforms, DNS cleaned, SSL and backups switched on.
Document & monitorA written record of the whole stack, monitoring on the critical pieces, and one contact for problems.
Local detail

Why the stack looks different in Lebanon.

Infrastructure is not dependable
Power and connectivity make locally hosted websites and mail servers a standing risk. Cloud infrastructure abroad removes that entirely.
Paying international suppliers
Card payments to foreign providers can fail from Lebanon. We can hold subscriptions and bill you locally so services are never cut off mid-month.
.com.lb paperwork
Lebanese domains require documentation and go through the local registry, which is slower than a .com. We handle it and keep renewals tracked.
Access that was never handed over
Recovering a domain from a former developer is a common first job. We do the legwork and get ownership back where it belongs.
Serving diaspora and Gulf traffic
A CDN and correct regional settings mean visitors in Dubai, Paris or Lagos get the same speed as visitors in Beirut.
Support in your hours
We work Beirut hours and answer in Arabic, English or French, so you are not filing tickets into a foreign queue overnight.
What it costs

How it is charged.

Setup is a one-off. Running costs are transparent: supplier fees at cost, plus our management fee.

Setup
One-off consolidation
Depends on how many accounts exist, how much access has to be recovered, and whether hosting or email has to be migrated.
Running
Monthly or yearly
Hosting, licences and domains at supplier cost, with a management fee that covers monitoring, updates and backups.
Changes
Ad hoc or in a plan
New mailboxes, DNS changes, extra domains and integrations, either billed as they happen or included in a support plan.
Questions

Website solutions in Lebanon: common questions

Can you take over a website built by someone else?

Yes. We start by inventorying every account and getting ownership into your name, then audit the site itself. This is one of the most common ways clients start with us.

Do I have to move my hosting to you?

No. We can work with your existing provider. We will tell you what we cannot guarantee as a result, usually around uptime, backups and recovery time, so the decision is informed.

Why separate email from website hosting?

Because if they share a server, one problem takes out both, and losing email while your site is down is the worse half. Keeping them independent is one of the cheapest resilience decisions available.

What happens if my site goes down?

Monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice. We diagnose, restore from backup if needed, and tell you what happened and what changed to stop it repeating.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Domains, hosting, email and analytics are all registered in your company’s name with us as administrators. If you ever leave, nothing needs to be rebuilt or bought back.

Can you help with the parts, not the whole thing?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with one piece, usually email or hosting, and consolidate the rest over time as contracts come up for renewal.
