Why it matters

A free email address costs you deals you never hear about.

Sending a commercial proposal from a gmail.com or hotmail.com address tells the recipient something about the business, and in Lebanon, where a lot of buying still runs on personal trust, it works against you. An address on your own domain is the cheapest credibility you can buy. It also survives staff changes: when someone leaves, the mailbox stays with the company rather than walking out with them.

The bigger issue is deliverability. Most email problems we are called in to fix are authentication problems: no SPF record, no DKIM signing, no DMARC policy, or a website sending forms through an address it is not authorised to use. The result is quotes silently filtered into spam, and a business that assumes the client was not interested. Getting those three records right is unglamorous work that changes how much of your mail is read.

We set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on your domain, migrate existing mail, contacts and calendars without a gap in service, configure the DNS and authentication records, connect phones and desktops, and set up shared mailboxes like info@ and accounts@ with the right people in them. Then the admin account goes in your name, so you are not dependent on anyone to add a user later.

Business email in Lebanon: common questions

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Google Workspace if your team already lives in Gmail, Drive and Sheets and you want simpler admin. Microsoft 365 if you rely on desktop Excel, Word and Teams, or work with clients who send Office files constantly. Both are reliable; the choice is about your team, not the technology.

Why does my email go to spam?

Almost always because of missing or wrong authentication records. Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC, filters cannot verify that mail claiming to be from your domain really is, so they hold it back. We audit and fix those records, then test against the major providers.

Will I lose my old emails when we switch?

No. We migrate existing mail, contacts and calendars into the new mailboxes before cutting the domain over, and keep the old account forwarding afterwards. Most teams notice nothing beyond a new login.

Can I keep using email during a power cut?

Yes. Mail sits in the cloud, not on an office machine, so anyone with a phone and mobile data can send and receive. That is the main reason we move Lebanese businesses off local mail servers.

Can you set up shared inboxes like info@ or accounts@?

Yes, with the right people in each and rules for who replies. Shared inboxes matter more than they sound: they stop enquiries from sitting unread in one mailbox while that person is away.

Do I need hosting from you to get email from you?

No. Email and website hosting are separate. We set up email on your domain regardless of where the site lives, and we will work with your existing provider.
